Beating Menopause

Here’s some dedication for you. Janet Russo is a woman who’s worked for over 20 years helping other women deal with issues they must overcome to not only look better but more importantly, feel better!

Janet and I have traveled the country conducting seminars in over 1,000 cities to date helping women become Thinner, Firmer, Leaner, Stronger, and Feeling Better. The program developed by Janet and I is called FEW (Food, Exercise & Water), and is designed with women specifically in mind. One of the major components of the program is the hormonal evaluation of each woman on the program. Janet gives the women ideas to help with things like hot flashes, increased water retention, fat gain, and depression.

Last year Janet went through menopause and decided that she was not going to take any of the preventative measures she usually directs the women on the program to take. Janet said, “I want to see what menopause has in store for me. I want to see if menopause complications are genetic”. Janet is a very healthy and lean woman. She considers herself a “gym rat” and she’s a very health conscious eater, so she wanted to see if that was enough to ward off the evil intentions of the major hormonal adjustment her body was getting ready to experience. This is what she said to menopause: “Bring it on!”

SEVEN MONTHS LATER…

Several months down the road Janet gained over 50 pounds of fat and retained water. Her energy was down and she just felt terrible. Her husband said it was time to “fix” it. So Janet decided to do exactly what she would advise to the women on the FEW Program.

Janet started with black cohash and a progesterone cream along with the formula of supplements used in phase one of the FEW program (mostly B vitamins along with vitamin C and potassium). She also added omega-3 fish oils.

THREE MONTHS LATER…

Three months down the road and Janet is back! She lost all the weight that the devil menopause brought upon her and she did it all naturally!

Just look at the pictures of Janet. Now there’s some real dedication! How many women would actually let themselves go just to prove that what she believes in is ‘real”? This is the same dedication Janet and I show with all the women who start the FEW Program. Each woman is unique and the goal is to find out what works just for them.
