16 days and 79 pounds






PLACE: WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA
WHO: A GROUP OF WOMEN ALL IN REAL ESTATE SALES

It was a cold and rainy day on the Carolina coast. It was early Saturday morning and the wind was whipping with vengeance.

Just look at the picture of the women with the ball against the wall! She's no youngster (don't tell her that!) and just look at her doing squats. She shared a story with us about how she found herself on the kitchen floor cleaning out the Lazy Susan one day. When she went to stand up she was amazed that she could stand without using her hands to help grab something for help to "pull" her up. She immediately called her daughter (who is also on the program and lost 11 pounds in 16 days), and told her she had not been able to do that in over 20 years!

No matter who you are, how old you are, how much money you have, or how much time you have, everyone can get stronger and healthier.

We all should be reminded of that with the passing of my hero Mr. Jack LaLanne. Eat natural foods, hydrate properly and find out what works for YOU.

REMEMBER, If GOD put it here and the farmer cultivated it, and did not add chemicals into it, that food belongs in your body to convert to energy.

Couple that fact to some exercise to make you stronger and everything else will be so much easier.
