Hi Danny and Janet!
I have been on your program for the 3 phases. I did have great results , 16lbs. and many inches which put me down a dress size that I have not worn for years!!! My question this morning is , what is the next step? Is it ok to keep going? Taking the phase III vitamins and the super greens plus? Thanks for your help!
