TOUR STOP: GETTYSBURG,PA....! Last night we stopped in Gettysburg to start another great war! The new location of the Battle of the Bulge! We are fighting the "Bulge" for this group of women who mostly were women way over 21 years old. Most dealing with hormonal issues and we are working together to "Get Back"... Loose that fat and water retention they all found hanging around.... In the next 90 days each will drop a minimum of 10 pounds of fat mostly between their waist and knees while toning that body.. On day 31 all will change as we go after those abs....!
