Just before the Easter Weekend the tour took me to Saxonburg, Pa. What a great group of women! Everyone was ready to hear the truth and they did. No Fad Diets! No magic pills! Just each of us finding out what works for JUST THEM. Remember, every woman is unique and the job at hand is to find out what needs to be done to get each of them in the best possible shape. FLATTEN THOSE ABS! LEAN DOWN THOSE LEGS AND FIRM THAT BUTT!! We wil spend the next 90 days together as I stay home and talk to them, motivate them and make adjustments JUST FOR THEM.
