Here we go again...... Last night I was in Spring Hill, Florida and all these women were ready to get in better shape. The club was a real professional club with great trainers and every fitness option on the planet available.
Even with all that these women started my FEW program and they are ready to GET IT DONE! We spent a little time talking about Jack LaLanne. He was loved by everyone and I had the pleasure of working for him 20 years ago. He was a truly GREAT MAN.
Again, the goals are SMALLER, TIGHTER, LEANER, FIRMER, STRONGER, HEALTHIER AND MOST IMPORTANT, FEELING GOOOOOOD.... Every woman is UNIQUE and we are going to figure out what works for each of them.
Come on! Get involved and change you life.
Tomorrow in Atlanta and then off the road for awhile.
